The Heart Behind Our Work
Our Purpose
We believe every person and every relationship has the capacity to grow, heal, and reconnect. Our practice was built on a simple idea: when people feel safe, understood, and supported, meaningful change becomes possible.
We help individuals, couples, and families slow down, make sense of their stories, and move toward healthier patterns—personally and relationally. Whether you’re facing a difficult season, stuck in old cycles, or looking to strengthen the foundation of your relationship, we walk with you at a pace that feels steady and grounded.
Our therapists bring years of clinical experience, specialized training, and a deep respect for the courage it takes to seek help. We integrate practical tools, evidence-based approaches, and emotionally focused work to create a space where you can find clarity, confidence, and lasting connection. We value emotional safety, honest conversations, and the dignity of each person who walks through our doors.
Alongside therapy, we offer workshops, resources, and our podcast 'Where Do We Grow From Here' to support you between sessions. Our goal is to meet you with compassion and equip you with tools you can use in real life not just in the therapy room.
At Renewal, you won’t find quick fixes or one-size-fits-all answers. You’ll find steady guidance, thoughtful care, and a team committed to helping you build a healthier, more connected life.
Your story matters. Your relationships matter. We're here to help you grow strong, together.

We are committed to providing thoughtful, compassionate care that honors your story and supports your growth. Whether you’re seeking deeper connection, clearer communication, or a healthier way forward, we show up with steadiness, respect, and practical guidance. Our team works to create a space where you feel understood, supported, and equipped with the tools you need to thrive. Your well-being matters to us, and we’re here to walk with you every step of the way.

Fees & Insurance Information

Understanding Fees & Insurance
Therapy is both a financial commitment and a meaningful investment in your well-being. We want clients to feel informed and empowered as they make decisions about their care. We do not bill insurance directly. If you plan to use your insurance benefits, you’ll need to verify your coverage and understand how your plan handles out-of-network services. Many PPO plans reimburse for therapy provided by out-of-network clinicians, while some plans, especially HMOs, only cover services within their network.
To determine what your specific plan offers, here are helpful steps:
• Contact your insurance provider and ask whether your plan includes out-of-network mental health benefits
• Review your benefits manual or speak with your HR department for clarification
You are welcome to request a monthly “superbill” to submit for reimbursement if your plan allows it. My goal is to support you in making the choice that best fits your needs, budget, and access to care.
