Cancellation and Refund Policy
Fees and Payment
Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged in advance. Fees for services will be discussed prior to the first appointment and are subject to change with appropriate notice.
Renewal Counseling Centers does not bill insurance directly. Clients are responsible for all fees and may seek reimbursement from their insurance provider if applicable.
Cancellations and Rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, we ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice.
Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice, as well as missed appointments (no-shows), may be subject to a late cancellation or no-show fee. This fee reflects the time reserved for your session and is not billable to insurance.
Exceptions may be made at the discretion of the practice in cases of emergency or extenuating circumstances.
Refunds
Therapy services are non-refundable once provided.
Refunds are not issued for missed sessions or late cancellations. If prepaid services, workshops, or programs are offered, any applicable refund terms will be clearly stated at the time of purchase.
Telehealth Appointments
Telehealth sessions are subject to the same cancellation and payment policies as in-person sessions. Clients are responsible for ensuring they have the appropriate technology and a private setting for online sessions.

By scheduling an appointment with Renewal Counseling Centers, you acknowledge and agree to this Cancellation & Payment Policy. Additional details will be reviewed as part of the informed consent and intake process.
